Staying Warm in NYC

Updated: Aug 7, 2018

It was freezing outside and I didn't pack warm enough clothes for my second day in the city, so I had to improvise and layer with some of the shirts I wore the day before.

I wore my mesh long sleeve shirt under my gray short sleeve wool turtleneck. Over that, I added my beaded camisole which added up to be my fourth layer! Then I threw on my pink coat and I was ready for the day. Tip: layer a thin long sleeve under any thick sweater to stay even warmer!

Another trend I have been loving lately is mixing metals. I wore my silver-buckled boots and my silver-beaded top, along with my gold-ringed bucket bag, my favorite gold hoops, and my classic gold-rimmed Ray-Bans!

Breakfast was at Le Pain Quotidien where I got a prosciutto, ricotta, and fig tartine. At night we walked around Washington Square Park and my sister and I slept over at an old friend's apartment by Lincoln Center.

A quick stop at Lincoln Center after lunch.
